"Read good and bad past reviews but, I had a GREAT first time in this shop! Yes, they do have a metal verifier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome by all staff and there was no pressure. Prices good /fair and worth the drive from Maryland if you don’t like handing the state a 6% tip for your purchase. Mostly graded coins but I’ll be calling ahead with my wishlist for next time. Quaint drive from MD too! Thanks so much S&W for being there."

"Ive been here a few times. Their prices are good. They have a good selection for sure. They also said hello when I walk in but they leave me be and let me look as long as I want without bothering me. I enjoy that. Some people have complained on here about employees attitudes but I havent had any issues with that from any of the staff. Maybe some people are too sensitive?"

Pleasant rewarding experience
"Very pleased with the sales we made to S&W Coins. Easy to talk to, and very pleasant to work with. Mr. Orville explained to us what values are based on and what to look for in the items we had for sale. It was a pleasant, informative day, working with him and his daughter. I am sure we will be repeat customers when the time arrives. "
